Operation Warm details:
Rotarians,
Because of the shortage of adult-sized coats, our club is planning to have a coat drive to collect clean, lightly-used coats on Sunday, November 21 during the Holiday Open House. We will need two large boxes in which to collect coats, and a trailer to hold the boxes. Distribution of the new coats, plus the coats collected at the coat drive, will be on December 4-5, from 9:00-3:00, at the St. Joseph social hall.
Due to the pandemic, people who want coats will be required to make appointments so that not too many will come at the same time. People who would like coats should call Anna Hanson (641-799-1303) to make an appointment for December 4 or 5.
Rotarians who can provide large boxes or a trailer should call Marian Hart (563-299-4678) or Anna Hanson (641-799-1303). If you would like to help with coat distribution on December 4 or 5, you can let Marian or Anna know that as well.
